Our client are a highly specialized organization providing services to clinical research operations.
These services produce enormous amounts of data and imagery that are the basis of analysis to deliver quantification of this research.
Solution
Due to the amount of data our client has to produce and to store we put in a hybrid option combining a number of onsite servers and cloud based systems using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Agents are in place so that their infrastructure is monitored constantly and any issues dealt with before they get the chance to escalate.
AWS provides a number of cloud based solutions and one of the services we’ve deployed for the client is their S3 ( Simple Storage Service) which provides a fully scalable and cost-effective storage service for their terabytes of data.
Support
While most of the service can be provided remotely BCS do also visit the client on a regular basis to look after the on-site hardware.
